Question 1

What subscription plans are available?

Accepted Answer

The current monthly plans are Core ($199, 40 credits), Power ($299, 100 credits), and Teams ($799, 400 shared credits). Teams includes four total seats: the owner plus three members. Pro is not a current plan for new purchases. Existing subscribers keep their purchased price, credits, and access. See /subscribe for current offers.

Question 2

How does the credit system work?

Accepted Answer

Core includes 40 monthly Lead Credits, Power includes 100, and Teams includes 400 total shared monthly credits—not 400 per member. Credit costs for eligible lead purchases and enrichment are shown before you confirm an action. LeadDeck does not charge Lead Credits for postcards or mailers; your connected Thanks.io account bills printing and postage separately.

Question 3

Do monthly credits rollover?

Accepted Answer

Unused monthly Lead Credits carry forward while your subscription is active. Teams shares one credit budget across its four total seats. Existing subscribers retain their purchased allowance.

Question 4

How do Teams seats and credits work?

Accepted Answer

Teams costs $799/month for four total seats: one owner and three members. Its 400 monthly credits are one shared budget. The owner allocates credits to members; allocations do not create additional credits.

Question 5

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Accepted Answer

Open Profile → Manage Billing to view the billing options available for your subscription. Contact support for a plan change. Self-service upgrades and downgrades are not currently enabled in the billing portal; do not assume a change will take effect or be prorated until it is confirmed.

Question 6

What happens to existing subscribers?

Accepted Answer

Existing subscribers keep their purchased price, credit allowance, and feature access. Current offer names do not change an existing subscription or automatically move it to another plan.
